Information about prints

Prints come on very good quality paper, nice and thick. If you’d like a custom sized print, please contact me.

Shipping

Greetings cards and notebooks are sent by Royal Mail.

Prints are printed to order.

I can ship to most places. Things generally take a maximum of two weeks to arrive, but the VOLCANO rug will take 4-6 weeks, because it has to be handmade first.

If there's any reason why I can't ship to you, or if shipping might be delayed, I'll send you an email with more information.

Refunds

I will refund your money if something arrives damaged or if I've made a mistake and sent you the wrong thing.

Please tell me if something arrives in bad condition because a postman has sat on it, so I can send you another one, and also so I can package things better in the future.  

Before you order, check the dimensions of prints to make sure you know how big/small they are.
